Following on from my email earlier this week, the weather forecast has not improved for tomorrow.  It is showing 40-50mph gusts and rain from 6am to 4pm.  This is not safe for the workparty to put out the bosses, the gazebo’s and tents will be flying everywhere and it is not safe for you guys to shoot in.

With this in mind and with consultation with the judges, we are going to postpone tomorrow’s shoot and hold it next Saturday – 11^th October instead.  Same timings as per the entry form   10.45 assembly, 11am sighters.

If you cant make it next week, I understand. If you let me have your bank details, Richard will refund you the entry form

Can you all please reply today to let me know that you have received this email and that you are ok to shoot next week instead.
