PROVISIONAL TARGET LIST – updated 15th July

Your judged for the day are

Mario Stankovic, Michael Thomason and Janet Short

Please make sure that you check the Welcome Board as you arrive in case the target list has changed, before setting out your tents etc for the day

 

Can you check in with the registration desk on arrival so we know you are here, then when your kit is ready, the Judges will do kit inspection.

 

As you are all aware, it is forecast to be a HOT HOT sunny day (unusual you say for Belvoir!)

There is not a lot of shade on our field, the container will be like an oven so I would not really advise trying to hide in there.

 

Make sure that you all bring sun hats, sun cream and lots of non alcoholic drinks for the day

 

NOTE – Due to shortage of food vendors, THERE IS NO CATERING ON THE FIELD DURING THE DAY, SO YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU BRING BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.

 

I will try to get a load of bottles of still water for sale and see if we can dump them into a large vat of water to try and keep them cool
