On arrival, please come straight to the container to book in before setting out your kit, as the target list may change.

 

Don’t forget your AGB card either physical or on your phone, no card, no insurance, no shoot.  We even check the judges !

 

No dogs allowed on the field, unless they are support dogs with the correct bibs on.

With the area being tinder dry, no smoking, naked flames or cooking is allowed on the field.

 

The weather looks to be sunny, 20-24 degrees with a light wind.

Make sure that you bring plenty to drink, sun screen and appropriate clothing for the day.

 

 

There are no catering facilities on the field, but if you want to grab a buttie/cake – the wild flower farm on Coach Gap Lane has a café which is meant to be good.

 

If everyone is here early and ready, we may be able so start early.

 

With it being a UK Record Status, the judges will be conducting kit inspections from around 9.30 onwards

 

Assembly is 10.45 with sighters at 11pm.

We will have lunch after the first distance change.

Look out for the target arrow signs guiding you in around the Langar and Barnstone villages.

We opposite the cement works silos.  Work party will be in high vis vests to guide you in.

 

We can still squeeze some more people in, if they let me know before Friday lunch.
