It is with sadness that I have to inform you all that Belvoir Archers are cancelling the WA720 on Saturday 11^th April.

We have been watching the developments of the Covid-19 virus.

We would like to help to reduce unnecessary exposure to the virus, by helping to reduce travel, large gatherings.  With how we all shoot at tournaments, being 4 to a boss in very very close proximity to each other, and the stacking of tents in the tent line, we wont really be able to keep our social distances.

I hope that you all understand where we are and that we are doing the responsible thing.

Hopefully we will get more guidance from ArcheryGB in the near future.

So – if you have paid by cheque and it has not been banked, I will destroy the cheques.

If you have paid by cash, bank transfer or cheques that have been banked,  I will ensure that you all receive a refund.  Unfortunately, we have a sports club bank account so we can’t do a refund by BACS, we will have to send you out a cheque I am afraid.

In the mean time, stay safe and we look forward to seeing you in 2021 – for our wa720

The other shoots that we do will be reviewed in May onwards to see where we are as a country.
